It's no surprise at all that she's a member of the Champion's Guild, or that when she visits Arx she spends a decent chunk of time ghosting around the various training centers and halls, looking for a worthy opponent. Her competitive streak is strong, intense even! But underneath it all she has a good, cheerful attitude. And she's as likely to be spotted in a vigorous boasting match as she will be coaching those less experienced than she is.

No. It's better kept safe or doing some good, like earning more money. He's an easy conversationalist and can shift streams seemingly on a whim, but if the subject gets to difficult he tends to stutter. Even years of work it will sometimes come out, usually when presented in front of a woman he has keen interest in. Some find it endearing but more often then not it has whatever lady he is trying to woo turned off. He doesn't take it personally, how could he? He know he's not everyone's cup of tea, but that doesn't mean you should hide. He likes to hear people laugh even if it's at the expense of his own (mis)adventures.

He is used to being doubted; it only emboldens him more. He lacks the experience of his father, but has the skillset which could very well get him to his goal with the right contacts. He has an innate sense of when to speak, how to speak and what to say, and when to keep quiet. Whether it is supplication, accusation, cajolery, exuberance, scorn, tears, complaint, and perhaps even the hint of threat - this talent can be used to manipulate, wound or dominate others when needed. Oh yes, Nadia could often be found leading war parties against those Abandoned on her borders that rebuke the Compact, because if there is one thing she loathes, it is the threat of losing those things that are precious to her. With her older brother dead and her father presumed so as well, Stonedeep is her most prized possession now, and she'll laugh and smile her way through any battle, be it bloody or social, to keep it safe.

  Look, everybody needs somebody sometime, and Brady's pretty good at becoming whatever's needed for any given situation. Manual labor? Check. Mercenary work? Why not? He loves hats! Arm candy? Okay, but shaving costs extra. Haze hookup? Sure, he can get that for you. Anything less savory, I mean why not, but it'll might cost you, because a night in the cells is so bad for the skin. Easygoing, wisecracking, friendly almost to a fault, he tries to stay mellow and keep on everybody's good side, and he can be irresistably innocuous. Of course, the ingenuous charm can be hard to turn off, and some people have gone so far as to say they find Brady obnoxious, which is just a heartbreaking thing to say.

  Lord Victus Thrax knows full well where his talents lay, and they most certainly do not involve flowery speeches or clever schemes. A laconic warrior favoring (brutally) direct solutions to problems, Victus seems to represent the barbaric warrior stereotype that enemies of House Thrax decry. But he's not a truly bloodthirsty man; he simply sees no good reason to put his soldiers at risk by being foolishly merciful with defeated (but not helpless) enemies and his grimly simple outlook on the proper treatment of enemies colors his treatment of them off the field. A fiercely loyal soldier well aware of his own limitations, Victus knows he has neither the training nor the temperment for machiavellian political leadership or for limp-wristed diplomacy that caters to perfumed weaklings. Enemies of House Thrax have called Victus joyless or humorless, but that's not entirely true; give him a bloodied sword in hand, a vanquished enemy on the field, and the cheers of soldiers around him and Victus will be all smiles. Since raising to his new position as Prince of the Maelstrom, Victus has shown marked change in how he deals with an everyday life. Complicated situations of rulership and those that deal with other individuals are more often handled with shockingly, a degree of diplomacy. Sometimes, even the barest hint of ‘tact’. The influence of his Valardin nee Grayson wife in encouraging leadership without an iron fist cannot be understated when it comes to matters of sovereignty. Though that has not changed the fact that he is at his core a simple man, with no filter for softer language nor his true opinions when in the company of strangers and those he’s familiar with. Perhaps most surprising is the fact that he seems to have adopted his own sense of humor, though it’s cuttingly dry and often too blunt to be enjoyed by those who do not share its taste. Most improperly is when it spreads to making light-hearted mockery of nobility itself. He takes his responsibilities with grim seriousness and drive, but he is no stranger to indulging in the fact that his power and status allows him to say and do things of ridiculously gauche proportions without the consequence of having a head-of-house punishing such behavior.
