Elpenor was born to a couple of Thralls in service of Redreef. He had earned his freedom and joined up with a crew of pirates quickly earning their trust and friendship through his good humour and hard working attitude. He is fiercely loyal to his crew and was even appointed to be the ship's quartermaster. After some time as quartermaster the ship received letters of marque making them privateers and also the crew given pardons for any and all past actions.

Is a tall man. He has long blond hair that is a bright gold. He is covered in scars both from his past as a thrall and his work as a pirate. He is muscular from his work on a ship and from using longbow with a heavy draw that he uses to shoot long distance from ship to ship. He has a tattoo of a wolf head on his back that him and his crew all have as mark of service to the ship.

Elpenor is very laid back. He can be very casual and informal even to the point of allowing soldiers under his command to use an informal nickname in place of his rank. He often makes jokes and quips much to the dismay of his enemies and sometimes even his own comrades. The only time he every gets angry is when he is dealing with slavers or slave owners. He does not show mercy to them.
