Description

With sandy blonde hair brushed back and skin a slightly darker shade of bronze, this man's very much of a colour - until one sees his eyes, which are cerulean blue. Other than that he's of average height and average build, probably mid-thirties, and despite fairly rugged features he generally doesn't stand out in a crowd.

Personality

While other nobles lead, follow, or get in the way, Teldan is one of those infuriating people who lounges on the sidelines with a glass of wine making witty comments about how badly everyone else is doing without actually being willing to step up and do it himself. Suave as well as sardonic, he seems to mostly survive due to his entertainment value, that and his noble blood generally protecting him from the consequences of his witticisms.

Background

Teldan Whitesurf is one of that fleet of endless minor nobles from endless minor Houses with few prospects and fewer ties. He's one of the ones who don't get involved in anything more than mild debauchery; he's skilled with a blade and has refined tastes, but in general he's pretty much a nonentity. There are no great legends in his wake, no star-studded stories, just a minor lordling like so many others wandering around enjoying wine, adults, and amateur dramatics.
