Orchid, then known as Neomi, was a thrall indebted to the Grimhall family, having stole something from one of them when she has a child. This meant indentured servitude to them. She stole enough that she has a few years indebted to them. She was lucky, however, and her debt was not increased on her so when she was a little into her teens she was freed from servitude and decided to continue with the Grimhalls this time as a servant of their estates. Upo her freedom she decided to take on the name of Orchid. She was a maid who dabbled in mercantile skills. When she turned 18 she decided to make her way to Arx to see what life was like for a servant of Grimhall in the big city of Arx.

This woman fits the ideal of delicate beauty while still having signs that betray that she has had a life of a servant. Her hair is a brilliant auburn, quite the contrast to her pale and porcelain white skin, which is adorned with many freckles. Her face is heart shaped with slightly sharper angles to it. The paleness of her skin enhances the duo colors of her eyes: one green and one blue. She has a small frame with an average sized chest and she is quite compact in build. Her waist is narrow and her legs also fall on what is called average.

This young woman is friendly and kind to everyone. She is a little on the timid side when meeting someone new but she warms up very quickly. She bears quite the temper, though, that generally shows when she feels she as if she failed at what she set out to do. She tries to address everyone as their proper titles but often forgets.
