Lyonis was always sick as a child, in fact he nearly died by the age of 10 from flu and being rather bruised after his uncle tried to teach him to fight. This meant he was destined for a life of books and study more so than combat or courtly diplomacy. He grew up a bit of a pariah as his siblings usually only saw him once in a blue moon due to his frequent illness. He was fond of his youngest sister who made a point of visiting him until she was married off to another house though they still write each other often. As a man he continues to suffer from nearly constant ailments and often erupts into fits of coughing. In recent times he makes himself useful as a tactician and trains messenger birds for the house.

Lyonis Pravus is a man many would consider weak and unimposing. Often coughing and sometimes hacking, he is perpetually ill. Cold to the touch and possessed of nearly transparent white skin. You can see his dark blue veins when close to him. He is a tactician by trade and a blackguard at heart. Known for somewhat odd strategies and only modest success on the field of battle. His advantages are few, but some might say he has a knack for making the most of sacrifices. He is loyal to his house and humble enough to know better than to stretch his already poor luck.

Lyonis is a man that invites abuse and inspires no confidence in others. An aura of weakness and frailty surrounds him and because of this others forget he is a venomous blackguard. Strength is not a word used when describing Lyonis but he does benefit from a lack of pride and a willingness to do the dirty work others avoid. Lyonis is loyal to his house and family and not much else. When interacting with those around him, he tends to speak in a quiet and unobtrusive tone. He tends to become attached to those who treat him with any sort of kindness but is usually too terrified of losing them to make to many demands of them.
