Description
Gabriella is a young woman of classic Pravus stock. She's about 5'6" and on the thin side, lean muscle on a relatively spare frame that speaks of years of practice and exercise. Her lustrous, dark brunette tresses are a crowning feature, highlighting thoughtful, serious blue eyes with flecks of stark brown and green scattered through them like patches of forest light. Given her occasional blemishes and minor scars, the most prominent being a long, thin one running along her left hand and past her wrist, it's obvious Gabriella's been out and in her fair share of scrapes. Her youthful features wear them like badges of honour.
Personality
Gabriella is a playful woman who seems to have a great measure of control over herself, unlike many of the Setarcan folk. Focused, she is able to select when to use her passions and emotions for her own aims. Although she is very hard to win over, the woman is extremely loyal to those who have earned her affections.
Background
Gabriella's story begins at a young age, when while studying in the House of Suspires to become a courtier she was afflicted by a vicious malady. Her mother issued an enormous prize in silver to any physician who would heal her daughter, but all that tried failed.
Desperate, and against the pleas of her siblings, the woman gathered her personal guard and rode to the heart of Setarco to meet with the withdoctors of a strange and secluded tribe. What happened there few know, but the fact remains Gabriella returned sleeping soundly in her mother's arms, resting peacefully for the first time in months.
That was the last time Gabriella rested. From that point forward a true fire lit up in the girl, and the shy wallflower died to give space to something far more energetic and magnific. Gabriella learned the ways of the court with her mother, but when she grew tired of those, her attention turned towards her father, the Sword of Setarco and Butcher of Luciva.
Gabriella took to his style easily, leaning towards the disciplined and measured style of their father, reliant on broad weapons and armor. Soon the woman would ride by his side as the two went out on adventures across Setarco, a habit she would never let go even after his death after the events that took his life, the Duke's and ended with her sister missing.
Under Tiberio, Gabriella was presented before court to be knighted by the Duke himself, and ever since she has served Setarco dutifully, and her family above all, even if now her father is gone.
