Description
With his longer golden hair and strong-jawed, attractive features that were typical of the Grayson male line, King Alaric looked every inch the Grayson monarch. Vibrant in a way that made him seem even taller than his near six feet of height, he had not a single ounce of fat on his toned and impressive frame. Since his coma, of course, the vibrance has died and when his once fetching blue eyes are open they are just a glassy unending stare. Numerous servants make certain his majesty stays in perfect grooming, but not a single trace of awareness of it ever crosses his handsome features.
Personality
Amiable, friendly, liked and very weak and flawed. Callow, says what everyone wants to hear, changes his mind constantly, indecisive. Good guy but a terrible ruler.
Background
Alaric III should have legitimized the older daughter Dawn who has far more steel in her than Alaric IV. Largely raised by a softer, doting mother since his father was away for much of his reign, inherited unexpectedly early with Alaric III dying at 53 when his ships were lost with all hands returning from the Tyde Rebellion.
