Raffe is the son of two late lowly nobles; he is the last connection of his lineage, thus the last bastion of his name, after both parents were killed in a mysterious assassination. He has come to Arx to try and further the status of his family - and survive.

This man is svelte and prim in posture and build. Light of skin, his face is neatly-kept, deep golden eyes looking at the world with a keen hue to them. He looks to be in his early twenties taking into account his features, though the way he stands, moves and holds himself suggests a maturity beyond his ages.

Raffe is a a socialite in its fullest sense; he is cunning, obscenely political and charming for his early age. It is no secret that this mature temperament was brought upon him when both of his parents died in a mysterious assassination that, to this day, remains unresolved. It is not clear to everyone if Raffe continues to mourn or is past his mourning phase; he is nondescript to these issues normally. Some suggest, however, than they can see the lackluster sadness in his eyes.
