The daughter of a once great military official, after an arrow took his knee he fell into a deep drunken depression. Kept almost completely shut in, she only learned he few lessons from the broken soldier, and less of the world outside. After his early passing, she found herself suddenly thrust into a world she had little knowledge of, pursuing the only profession she had a chance at. Although often looked down on, her spirits are rarely dashed. Often those with some patience even find her entertaining, as she finds great magic in everyday occurrences and objects deemed quite mundane by the usual populace. She has a fierce loyalty to Valardin, although she barely understands what that means. She is often found on her time off asking questions of anyone that with answer, although her uncivilized manners tend to get her in trouble with those that have a quick temper.

This youth could almost be a boy or a girl at first glance. Her hair is kept short and tucked away, although it seems to be at a length that a few strands lay perpetually in her face. Her body lacks curves, especially when wearing any kind of loose clothing or armor, and her hands are rough from manual labor. She bears few scars, but has a birthmark the color of ebony on her neck that vaguely looks perhaps like an animal of some kind. Her nose is short, a bit sharp, and sits above a thin lipped mouth. Instead of soft flesh, her belly and limbs are toned, showing definition from what must be a daily calisthenics routine. Green, brown, and yellow rings form hazel eyes, larger and wider then any other feature on her face. A powerful, nostril-stinging spice covers her body odor, although the line between the two seems quite small.

A wide eyed youth with a sheltered upbringing that constantly shows itself through her naivety. She takes any opportunity to learn, being completely enchanted by mundane things. A certain innocence stills lingers, and her skill at soldiering leaves much to be desired. Plain in appearance, she looks almost more like an adolescent boy then a young woman.
