Description
Dark skinned and lithe. Qaali has a silhouette that could be admirable to those respecting athleticism. Hers is a musculature learned from an active life. She's not overly tall, but due to not always having regular meal times, she appears lean. Fate has been kind to her, or at least her parents gambled correctly when they mingled genetic material. She's quite attractive if impish, for someone of low social rank, with a skin tone that can naturally appreciate long days under a blazing sun. Her hair is constrained by a number of thongs and fetishes, bound in a tall ponytail to keep it out of her eyes. Those eyes are expressive and dark, conveying an expression that can appear naive or trusting. She dresses like travel-worn garments that won't ruin in the rain and won't inhibit movement or drawing a bowstring.

Qaali didn't know her parents well. Life as a Shav, and nomadic, means some murky records on heritage. But her dark skin has helped narrow down some interesting possibilities. Her clan had practical ideas on whom should do the child rearing and who should take up sword or bow. In general, it always fell to those with the proper talents to take on the proper responsibilities. Qaali and the group of Shavs she is with have moved into the recently converted Greenmarch lands. She's always been good with a bow, especially when tasked with hunting or defending the group as it traveled. Qaali is also a tad naive. While she's quick on the draw in physical contest, in the social arena, or telling lies from facts, she's not as great. Tending to be drawn to powerful and confident people, she'll most likely fall in line with someone who is powerful, charismatic or confident. She has skills, she just has to find someone willing to pay for them and point her towards a target.
