Description
Dashing and roguishly handsome are two opinions that might come to mind when one looks upon this Inquisitor. Standing at an impressive six foot two (1.87 meters), this young man carries himself as someone capable but not a brute. With wavy dark locks descending to just below his shoulders and piercingly light blue eyes, his features are sharp and clean as though chiseled from stone. Dark brows and full lips he'd likely be considered attractive by many. His build is medium, though what can be judged through clothing suggests he has a fit enough frame and toning about him.
Personality
If anything can be said about Josiah, it is that he is very loyal, especially to his family. He may be a bit more on the stoic side and have a bit of a tough exterior but in truth he is quite happy and loving once someone is willing to get past the wall he puts up. He has a weakness for a pretty face and sometimes a drink or two when he is not upon his patrol or doing his research.
Background
The courtship of Ovelia Harthall and Fillip Harthall was a long and romantic one. Josiah is their eldest child of five and was the star in his mother's eyes with how he was always so curious and wanting to research and go off and solve mysteries even at a young age. And his thirst for such knowledges only grew strong as he grew older.
At the age of eighteen he joined the Scholars and also begin his training in the Inquisition. Family business called him back home from his research when his mother and father fell mysteriously ill and sadly both fell victim to it and met an untimely death. Now that all the matters are handled, he has come to arx to aid his Marquis cousin as well as return to his duties within the Inquisition and Scholars.
