Description

Corinna's is a simple, rustic sort of prettiness, with her fiery copper locks and her cheerful, flirty blue eyes. Those wild red tresses tumble in untamed waves over her shoulders, framing a face with high cheeks, a slender nose, and pouty lips that offset the airheaded expressions she tends to wear with a certain saucy edge. She is of medium height, and blessed with a buxom hourglass figure that she moves with an earthy sort of poise. When speaking, her warm, honeyed voice is beset by her words tending to tumble over one another as her volubility gets the better of her.

Personality

Corinna Kelsey is warm, cheerful, and a complete ditz. She's sure to annoy anyone who doesn't find her flighty, eager volubility and her almost incredible gullibility charming, but she works so hard to please those in her company that such is a rare thing. She is intensely curious about anyone not from the Lower Boroughs of the city, and prone to asking nosy questions of anyone who catches her interest. She usually speaks before she thinks, and frequently puts her foot in her mouth, but she rarely intends to cause offense. She is fascinated by the nobility, and takes childlike delight in pomp and circumstance of almost any nature.

Background

Corinna Kelsey has lived her entire life in the Lower Boroughs, and as far as she's concerned, the world outside the city might as well be a myth. Born to spectacularly unlucky lowborn parents, she was orphaned by disease at age of ten, and being taken in by a succession of more-or-less kindly tavern keepers was all that kept her from starving in the street. She spent most of her childhood in one tavern scullery or another, earning her keep through service, and not much has changed as she has aged into womanhood. Her cheerful, ditzy, and uncomplaining demeanor has endeared her to more than one employer, and she is mostly happy with her lot in life, but the vibrant, cosmopolitan life of the other boroughs has her longing to experience more of the world outside of the slums.
