Description

There isn't anything delicate about Mirari Corsetina. Her icy features seem to be hewn from polished marble perfection. High cheekbones and sparkling dark emerald eyes are set off by her silky smooth light olive skin. Her nose is perfect and pert, and showcase her full, bow-shaped lips that always seem to have a knowing, sardonic smile tilting them. She is not tall, and while she has a trim athletic form, her hips have a generous curve to them, and her bosom is full. Her jet black hair is thick and straight, falling down like cascading lengths of dark silk to her hips.

Personality

Mirari always seems full of promise. She delights in presenting an alluring promise of danger or pleasurable company, enjoying the tantalizing mystery of her motives. It almost always seems impossible to tell, save that she genuinely enjoys the game and embraces being whatever she needs to become to accomplish her goals. As a well trained Southern courtier she artfully conceals what is real with her and what isn't, but the fantasy she presents is one few do not find enticing. The dangerous, mysterious woman who can take an objection of her attentions to places they never even thought of going before, a woman to die for, some whisper literally.

Background

Mirari has only faint memories of her childhood before the academy. She was living with her aunt and uncle after her parents died with many other children, but then when she was only a girl with a pretty face they sold her on to the school where Setarco trains their courtier. A school they claim is the best in the world. Knowing no other life she did her best to impress her instructors and excel just as the other girls did. In the dark political city of Setarco no courtier is just a courtier however, and Mirari's natural dexterity, ambition and ruthlessness made her a natural fit for... more advanced training. So along with learning the arts of entertainment and refinement, she also learned the ways of coercion, of the blade and other dangerous talents. She did well in her studies and when she graduated her contract was bought by house Pravus itself, who she's served until some complications between her and the Duchess made her part ways with the House. She has made some moves since then, keeping her eye out for the right opportunity and, having found it, is now serving House Velenosa. Trained for loyalty above all else she often serves as a trusted companion and confessor to the nobility of the House, and sometimes advisor or diplomat, as well as her duties as a courtier. Her work as a dangerous and effective servant is an open secret in the Southern houses and the story goes that those who whom she is sent in the night never know if they are in for the best night of their life, or the last.
