The Ministry of Civil Development is dedicated to developing initiatives for the health and well-being of the citizens of Arvum, noble and commoner alike. While most initial projects will be implemented in Arx, with progress any successful initiatives will be encouraged to replicate across all of Arvum's territories, tailored to each region's particular needs.

The Lower Burroughs Healthcare Initiative

Access to healing and medicine via clinic for the poorest area of Arx. Funding through a combination of private donation/sponsorship and Crown funds. Proposed by Samantha.
