Description

There is nothing particularly outstanding about Branwen, but that is the way she likes it. A squared jaw, long auburn hair that is typically swept up in a bun or a twist, and an athletic build. Her attempts to capitalize on that anonymity are dashed when she smiles though; it lights up her whole face.

Personality

She would much rather surround herself with nature and animals then with people. But, feeling that the spirits need her to help her fellow humans, Branwen reluctantly seeks out venues where she can offer her assistance to those in need. If there is an animal in distress that she can help, all the better. She comes across as quiet, but stubborn. And sometimes off in her own little world, though if one were to ask her a question she would surprise them with a detailed response. Whatever else may be happening around her though, she tries to be thoughtful and thorough, even when she has no wisdom to offer.

Background

Branwen has no memory at all of her formative early years, knowing only what she's been told from those of House Ravenseye. Nearly all of their clan in one night was wiped out, decimated by another tribe of crazed Abandoned. That they obviously weren't sane was probably the only reason she and a very few others survived the massacre. Each of them were hidden underneath the bodies of others, or fallen debris. And made neither a sound, or moved, out of fright and shock. It was a group of scouts from the Stormheart that found them, surveying the damage as they swept through the next day hot on the trail of the perpetrators. Instead of chasing after them though, they stopped to rescue the survivors and brought them back; and now, the Ravenseye are her family.

Her quiet, perceptive nature, and her love of solitude brought her under the wings of the Shaman in the group. She took to it quickly, learning both to tend to spiritual ills and those of the body. And when the calling of the Tribe was to come to Arx as ennobled Prodigals, she too bent the knee so she could follow her adopted family and tend to them there. Where she is sure that she will be busy given rumors of things that have happened in and around the city.
