Description

He's a rather large man, tall and well-built with cold, icy blue eyes surveying the world with a constant casual vigilance. His light brown hair is kept cropped tightly against his skull, his jaw typically set with a full beard. Scars can be found here and there, signs of various battles. His wrists are thick and strong, the hands that top them equally well-developed and heavily callused.

Personality

Like many warriors, Vasile has little patience for the usual courtly blandishments and is more inclined to plain speaking. Yet, he has blunted his impetuousness over the last few years, ceasing to rely purely on his native talents. He is more inclined to a quiet reserve and attentive consideration than boasting frankly of his valorous endeavors.

Background

Born to the ruling family of Iasu, Vasile learned early on both the value of valor and the value of cunning. Like the land of his birth, he grew into a hard man, first as a squire, then eventually as a 'knight' (though the Oathlands may scoff at the concept of an Abandoned 'knight').

If a word were to be given to Vasile, it would be resilient. He has led and fought. He was won and he has lost. But with every defeat, he takes time to learn and to study. The harsh land and the consequences of failure have made him aware of the fact that lives rest in his hand every day.

Now, with the death of his father, he has been thrust into the role of primary commander of the Corvini army and is... still grasping at what he might do.
