Description

Shorter than any of his siblings, Triton resembles nothing so much as a stump, or perhaps an overgrown Dwarf. Thickly muscled, with a barrel chest and a bullish neck, he radiates power despite his below average stature. They say there are Northern Lords who wrestle bears, and Triton looks rather like he might be capable of the feat.

Blue eyes shine brightly from beneath red hair, a stoic expression usually found upon his bearded face. Aside from a Ravenseye signet ring, he dresses in plain, if well-made clothing, that hardly stand out.

Personality

Calm, cool, and collected. Triton is a stolid, reserved individual, slow to anger, and more usually driven to exasperation rather than wrath. Usually, the one to drag him into situations that provoke such is his twin, Rosalind.

A man of dry wit, Triton would be perfectly happy to spend a night in front of a warm fire, with a stout drink. That he rarely gets the opportunity to do so is likely traced to the fact that he's tremendously loyal to those he considers friends and family, and highly protective over his siblings' welfare.

Background

Triton was born as the fourth child of Bran Ravenseye, minutes after his sister, Rosalind. A fact she's never let him forget.

As a child, Triton was a quiet lad, though he had a keen interest in sailing, and proved himself skilled in wrestling. One of the few times he could be seen smiling wide was with the wind in his copper hair, standing at the prow of a ship on the open seas.

Though perhaps one of the reasons he loved the seas so much was there was only so much trouble his older siblings could drag him into, or be pulled out from aboard a ship. Land seemed full of surprising hazards, while a ship's were serious, he at least knew what to watch out for.

Arx seems full of potential fires for them to need pulled out of, so when he learned the family was going, he knew he'd have to tag along to keep them at least moderately safe.
