Description
Tall and darkly handsome, Alban cuts an attractive figure. He's broad-shouldered with the lithe muscular build of a duelist. Graceful in all his movements he still comes across as excellently fit. His black hair is kept short but there's a slight curl to it when he allows it to grow longer. His eyes are blue so dark they are almost black. There is a certain calmness to him. He rarely expresses anything with wide expressiveness, a certain serenity to his features almost at all times.
Personality
Take one part Devotee of Limerance and two parts Disciple of Gloria and mix well. Honor, chivalry, and fealty are the things that Alban Farshaw loves the most in life. He holds himself to a strict code of honor and conduct. He takes the laws of fealty as a noble very seriously, as he takes the idea of chivalry. Incredibly steady for a man so young he might come across as stoic to some. He seems to cast an aura of calm around himself through charisma alone. He's a staid and stalwart man.
Background
Alban Farshaw is a cousin of the Duke of Westrock Reach, slightly out of line of succession given his age. His mother was the youngest sister of the old Duke of Westrock, who died without an heir of his blood-- passing the duchy to Ryhalt. Alban has never been concerned with the line of succession for the duchy, however. His concerns have always been on the troops of Westrock. At a young age it was decided he would become the General of Westrock-- his father, after all, was the previous once. So when he was old enough he was sent to the mainland and to Sanctum to squire with a knight there. He took the lessons of honor, chivalry, and fealty quite to heart.
When he graduated from his squirehood and was knighted he returned home to take over the duties as Minister of Warfare for Westrock Reach. While he's still a young commander he's got a natural charisma and calming quality to him. He's a staid and serious young man. He is dedicated to his family and to his troops.
