Census - Lark is producing a survey/census for the Regent to be distributed throughout the populace. The purpose of this survey is identifying certain commonalities -- particularly of those in the lower echelons -- to be utilized as in determining/predicting certain vulnerabilities and thus, to be taken into consideration when making key decisions concerning the distribution of aid resources.

Minister of Civil Development - The Ministry of Civil Development is tasked with advising the Crown of the Compact on matters of social mindedness as well as the facilitation and support of any subsequent projects that develop or are adopted thereof. It is this office's primary goal to act in the will and best interest of the people.
