Description

She is a tall and sturdy-looking woman, with glossy copper red hair pulled in to an unflattering ponytail, pale skin, and a starfield's worth of freckles all over her body. She has sea green eyes framed with thick and dark eyelashes and poorly-hidden lines of fatigue. She has a heart-shaped head, and her face is lean and tight with tension.

Personality

She's usually calm and polite toward everyone that hasn't gotten on her bad side. She frequently makes puns at inappropriate times, and is completely shameless about them. It's usually difficult to get her to open up, closing herself off socially, but she's practical and bold in other situations despite how reserved she is - bleeding in to headstrong and stubborn.

Background

She was born an only child in the City of Arx to a poor family, her mother being a tavern maid and her father being a dock worker. It was a difficult life growing up, getting her in to a lot of scrapes and trouble with the law - much to the frustration of her parents. She wasn't bad - simply headstrong and willful - but those two traits tended to rub the wrong people the wrong way. She helped her father at the docks loading and unloading heavy crates, far preferring that to the tiring social setting of a tavern, but she didn't have hope of much of a future beyond the simple life her parents have. Wanting much more than to be poor and pregnant, she hopped at the chance to join Arx's military, serving several years as a common man-at-arms.
