Standing below average height, he is built solid with a sizable amount of practical muscle. He has an open, youthful face with light brown eyes and short cut brown hair, square jaw kept inexpertly shaved. There's a slight crook to the bridge of his nose from an old break, and a few miscellaneous scars on his face and cheeks. His skin is very tanned, hands work-worn and calloused.

Personality

Out of his element, Cole tends to be a little wide-eyed and awestruck at anything involving big city life. He's a hard worker, willing to at least try just about anything needed, and at his best with hard labor. Once the awkwardness of new acquaintance wears off, he tends to be quick to smile or laugh, with a tendency towards upbeat.

Background

Hailing from a tiny village under the control of House Redrain, Cole's mother died in childbirth leaving his father to raise him. A woodcutter by trade, his father emphasized hard work and discipline above all. Though it was not an unpleasant life, money was tight and the repetitive lifestyle grew to wear on him. Hoping to make his fortune in the city, he struck off by signing on as a caravan guard.
